Long and deep comfy couch. Well used but still very comfortable, especially for a tall or big person. The feet are plastic and broken so you'll either need to use wooden blocks or just go low rider. It's 7 feet long. No smoking house but we have a dog who would sleep on it once in a while, but mostly on a blanket. I wet vac cleaned it in the last six months. Great for a basement or college. Very comfortable. Come get it. I'll take this down when it's gone so don't bother messaging me.

I live on San Juan Trail which is right off of Burleigh a block west of Lilly. Go north on San Juan and I'm the second house on the left. You can't miss it. It's on the curb. Just sent it out on Monday evening around 7:00 p.m..
