I'm a licensed General Contractor in southeast Wisconsin with 11 years of construction experience. I'm also a Journeyman Electrician currently preparing for my Master Electrician exam.
I'm looking for a garage, warehouse bay, pole barn, or small shop to rent or potentially trade services for.
I offer remodeling, electrical work, repairs, maintenance, drywall, flooring, painting, and a wide variety of property improvements. I'm open to providing discounted labor in exchange for shop or storage space if it's a good fit for both of us.
Why?
I'm building Tradesmen of America, a program focused on helping people build careers in the skilled trades through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real job opportunities. My goal is to create a place where hardworking people can learn valuable skills, earn an honest living, and grow into successful tradespeople while giving back to the communities we serve.
This shop would serve as a home base for my business and, as the program grows, a place to organize tools, materials, training, and community projects.
