WTB Bulk Legos and Lego Sets (Brookfield)

Wanted to buy: Bulk Lego lots by the box or tote including complete sets, incomplete sets, miscellaneous or bulk pieces. I am also looking for specific Lego Trains, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars sets as well as some of the modular buildings (let me know what you have). I am not interested in Lego Friends, Batman, Harry Potter, Chima, Ninjago or Bionicle sets.
Legos should come from a smoke free home, contain only Lego blocks (no compatibles please) and be located within reasonable driving distance from Milwaukee, WI. If you have one or more of these items for sale, please let me know the condition, amount of bulk by weight or volume and your asking price.
