We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Class A Driver Trainer/Instructor to join our team part time (chance of full time later). This role is responsible for training , mentoring, and evaluating new ad existing commercial drivers to ensure safety, complaint, and efficient driving practices. This a great opportunity for experienced CDL drivers looking to transition into a teaching and leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct pre-trip, on road and skills evaluation
*Ensure all training complies with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin.
Qualifications:
*Valid Class A CDL (required)
*Min 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experiences
*Clean driving record with no major violations
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
