Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced CDL A driver for a full-time Over-the-Road (OTR) tow truck position. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined or have experience as a CDL mechanic. This role requires someone comfortable traveling and operating manual transmission equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a heavy-duty tow truck for long-distance transport.
- Safely tow trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Follow DOT safety regulations and maintain professional driving standards.
- Travel nationwide and fly to jobs when required.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience
- Manual transmission experience required
- Mechanical experience or mechanically inclined
- Clean background
- Willing to travel OTR
