🔹 O/O Sprinter (OTR – 48 States)
Expedite freight nationwide.
Pay: 70% local / 80% OTR.
Insurance Options:
Bring your own ($1M CSL + $100K cargo) – non-exclusive.
Join JMX insurance (weekly deduction) – exclusive.
Requirements: 2012+ Sprinter, 1 strap + 1 blanket per skid space, PPE required, handcart preferred.
No forced dispatch – run when you want.
🔹 O/O Straight Truck (Lease-On, OTR)
Must lease on with JMX exclusively (JMX/DOT/MC on doors, JMX ELD installed).
Pay: 70% local / 80% OTR.
Insurance: JMX insurance only (exclusive).
Partner carrier option available if you keep your own authority.
Requirements: 2012+ straight truck, pallet jack required, straps/blankets, PPE required. Liftgate & E-Track recommended.
🔹 Employee Straight Truck Driver (Local – Milwaukee)
W-2 employee position.
Pay: $20-25/hr
Home daily (150-200 mile radius).
Part time or Full time
No CDL required (company provides drug test + DOT medical card).
Experience preferred but will consider exceptional no-experience candidates.
