A 6' by 12' box (6.5' tall) cargo trailer has been converted into a camper. It sleeps four, two are in bunks. Single axle rated at 3000 lbs, with leaf springs and 15 inch tires. It has been insulated in the walls, floor, and ceiling. The walls are panelled and the floor has LVP. The frame has been undercoated. It has a ramp tailgate which is carpeted, and has 3 RV type windows that slide open. The ramp was used to allow me to load my motorcycle into the camper (when the 2 person bed is folded up). The two person bed can also be converted into a table which accommodates 6 people. The camper is wired for 12 volts, and runs off a deep cycle marine battery. It has LED lights in the ceiling, 12volt outlets and USB ports located in the cabinet, and a reversible exhaust fan in the ceiling. Lots of storage under the beds and in the cabinet. It also has a retractable step at the door to make access easier. It does NOT have a stove, sink, shower, etc. We did not want them, but you could add them. It does have a 2" receiver hitch on the rear, which I added so that we could bring our bikes along, but it is not for towing anything. The trailer was bought new in 2019, and converted there after. It gets a fair amount of attention at campgrounds, which is one way to meet people. The unit is in very good shape. $5000 cash. The unit does not have a title because it did not need one in Wisconsin because of its size. I towed it with a 4Runner with no issues, it weighs around 1800 lbs.
