2010 pop-up Rockwood Premier with electric AC/propane heat, shower, hot water, screen room, automatic lift top, exterior mats, and misc. camp gear. Nice camper, no rips or tears in the canvas. Two minor water stains above one bed (see photos) from when the ceiling exhaust hatch was accidentally left unlatched. The bag for the awning is quickly dry rotting in the sun. The awning itself is fine but the bag is sewn to it so the whole thing will need to be replaced. I am the second owner of this camper, which I bought in 2012. No issues with the title.
