This camper is low mileage and well maintained. Much of the trim and caulking has been replaced from sun fade. The roof has been treated twice yearly since we got it. The air conditioner seal and bathroom skylight were replaced in the summer of ‘24 and the roof caulk was redone in September 2024. There are 4 new high-end good year tires on it and a full-size spare. Axles and slides have been regularly lubricated. There are no dents or scratches. The awning has been scrubbed and is unstained.
