What You’ll Be Doing
HVAC Installers lead the installation of HVAC systems with precision and care.
Provide exceptional service and a white glove experience to our customers.
Train and mentor junior installers in best practices and safety regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local codes.
We have a rigorous process for hiring a HVAC Installer, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer , installing and troubleshooting.
Technical qualifications and certifications in HVAC.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Has 3 + years of prior HVAC Lead Installer experience
Metal Fabrication experience
Is a dependable self-starter
Provides exceptional customer service
Possesses leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team
Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
Is available to work rotating nights/weekends

Requirements
Has 3+ years of prior HVAC Lead Installer experience
Metal Fabrication experience
Highly organized and motivated
Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
Excellent communication skills
Work well on a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
