Nature's Designers Landscape Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish. The Crew Lead will be responsible for managing a team, handling project budgets and schedules, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring high-quality installations are delivered on time and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee installation projects, including patios, retaining walls, plantings, and drainage systems, from initial layout to final inspection.
• Lead a crew of 2–3 members, delegate tasks, manage work pace, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Track and monitor project budgets, labor hours, and material usage, comparing actuals against estimates.
• Communicate with clients daily regarding project progress, changes, and expectations.
• Accurately complete LMN timecards, job notes, and change order documentation.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools to minimize project delays.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license (and DOT/medical card if required).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in landscape construction, including hardscapes, grading, drainage, and plantings.
• Ability to read construction plans, perform layouts, and execute work according to specifications.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing project timelines.
• Strong client communication skills, including professionalism, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with project budgets, labor tracking, and overall project profitability.
