Looking for a motivated and empowered handyman to join a family owned business on Milwaukee eastside.
Qualified applicant should be able to do the following:
1) Basic plumbing repair plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet malfunctions, and general house keeping.
2) Perform basic carpentry repairs like door and cabinet replacements, drywall patching, tuckpointing and trim work.
3) Comfortable with manual labor
4) Maintain landscaping
6) Promptly respond to resident maintenance requests
