Maintenance Tech Needed – Full Time (Milwaukee Area)
Property owner looking for a dependable maintenance person to handle day-to-day repairs at apartments and duplexes.
What you’ll be doing:
Fixing common tenant issues
Minor plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture swaps)
Minor electrical (outlets, switches, lights)
Basic carpentry and repairs
Painting and unit turn work
General upkeep as needed
What you need:
Hands-on experience with property maintenance
Ability to figure things out and get the job done without being babysat
Valid driver’s license
Tools ( we provide specialty tools)
Show up on time and be reliable
Job details:
Full time – 40 hours/week
Overtime available
Work is in the Milwaukee area
Pay based on experience
If you can handle a wide range of basic repairs and take care of problems without excuses, this is steady, long-term work.
