Ruby Isle Auto is a family-owned automotive repair facility serving southeastern Wisconsin since 1981. We are a busy 15-bay independent repair shop with a steady flow of work and year-round customer demand.
We are seeking a motivated C-Level Technician who wants to grow their automotive career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic repair experience who is looking to develop their skills and advance to a B-Level and eventually A-Level Technician position.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Oil changes and maintenance services
• Tire installation, repair, and TPMS service
• Brake repairs and inspections
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Wheel alignments
• Vehicle inspections
• Shop maintenance and organization
• Assisting senior technicians when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic automotive repair experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to pass drug screening and background check
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Flat Rate Pay: $25-$35 per flag hour based on experience
