This job requires an experienced general painter/handyman skilled traded employee to be on premises one day or two days week in Bayview
You will be on premised hour a regular day or hours each week t workist of painting, repairs and assembly and tenant maintenance requests that do not involve plumbing and electrical
You will be paid each day .

This is an hourly position for someone who would like steady part time work to supplement their income over the long term and will show up reliably to assist me with my buildings
Additional hours will be available.
We can work around a school schedule The tenants know it is OK to tip. You will be appreciated!
You will be scheduled for specific days hour shift to complete list of basic painting, repair and maintenance tasks submitted by tenants and owner (There is NO lawn care or snow removal)
You may use your own tools and some tools are on premise. Supplies will be on premises or ready for pick up
On any given day the job may involve repairs, assembly, mounting televisions and shelving , changing window treatments and doors , installing and doors, installing and remove air conditioning units , assisting me in planting . There will be hour cleaning of common areas every shift.
Basic plumbing and electrical skills a plus
