Are you a landscape construction expert who excels at turning complex designs into outdoor masterpieces? We are looking for a Landscape Installation Division Manager to serve as the strategic engine of our construction department. This isn’t just a site supervisor role—you will be the bridge between vision and reality, mentoring our crews, managing high-level logistics, and ensuring every project meets our "artisan" standard of excellence.
What You’ll Do (The Mission)
• Lead & Mentor: Oversee and inspire multiple installation crews. You’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, professional growth, and high-efficiency craftsmanship.
• Master the Build: Act as the technical lead on-site. From interpreting complex blueprints to the precise layout of hardscapes and specimen plantings, you ensure the design intent is executed perfectly.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the "gears" of the division—material procurement, equipment logistics, and sophisticated scheduling to keep projects on track and under budget.
• Client Stewardship: Serve as a professional point of contact for homeowners and subcontractors, providing clear communication and a seamless project experience.
• Strategic Oversight: Utilize site-cost reporting and performance data to drive profitability and safety across all projects.
What You Bring
• Proven Track Record: Deep experience in landscape construction or production management with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Technical Expertise: You know your way around heavy equipment, plant materials, and complex site plans.
• Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage personnel with both firmness and empathy.
• Drive: A valid driver’s license (Clean MVR) is required. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) or a CDL will move you to the top of our list.
We believe in taking care of the people who build our reputation. Our compensation package is designed to support your health, wealth, and professional growth:
• Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses
• Company Vehicle provided for professional use.
• Comprehensive Health: 70% Company-paid premiums + $1,750 Annual HSA Contribution.
• Retirement: 2% Company Contribution to your SIMPLE IRA.
• Peace of Mind: 100% Company-paid Life Insurance.
• Perks: Health club reimbursement, $290 annual clothing allowance, and paid professional licenses.
• Growth: We invest in you with paid seminars, trade shows, and external training.
• Work-Life Balance: Generous paid vacation and 8 paid holidays.
