This die filer, made in Grafton, WI, is a one owner since new item out of a small specialty shop. It is in exceptionally nice condition, being sold with many extras. Extras include (2) new in box ¼” file belts, a group of (10) other belts of ¼” and ½” flat files and ¼” and ½” round files, many spare links for the aforementioned, and assembly fixtures. It can be used for inside profiling as well as the usual external profiling by disconnecting the belt, dropping the belt into the opening to be profiled, and reconnecting again. As a retired machinist and engineer I will add that this is an extremely handy machine to have for profiling unique, especially any hand drawn profiles (of an artistic nature), that can’t be easily done using CAD and a CNC machine. In other words, a great tool for a custom fabricator or an artist. The different files and speeds allow for use on many materials. The filer currently rests on a new “Shop Fox” dolly for ease of moving/rolling onto a lift gate or “low boy” trailer, etc.
