Selling a pair of GV "Snow Trail" snowshoes in very good used condition with a pair of K2 ski poles. These snowshoes are made-in-Canada by GV, the largest snowshoe maker in North America. The size of the snowshoes is 9" x 30" which should support a total weight between 200 lb and 250 lb. The total weight is the weight of user + clothing + boots + any carried gear such as hunting gear or camping gear. The snowshoes are described as "utility" snowshoes that have special design elements that facilitate stationary work while in the shoes. There is a front stabilizer bar which resists twisting of the shoes and there are heel crampons that resist back-sliding while stationary. The snowshoes have had very limited past use. The only known defects are a few fine scratches to the colored finish of the aluminum frame. The current model of the GV "Snow Trail" lists for $340 CAD ($240 USD). A pair of K2 "3 Speed" composite 50-inch ski poles with carbide tips and small snow baskets are included in this sale. The asking price for the GV "Snow Trail" snowshoes with the K2 poles in this posting is $50.
