I’m a 12 and these fit fine with boots or booties, so if you’re a 10 - 13, you qualify. Weight integrated stainless steel plate system (Allen wrench included) allows for a positive, neutral or negative buoyant fin and they separate in half for travel, these fins look like new. These fins are something else, read up on them.
