Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week (7 Days Available for Bonus Pay)
Pay: Commission-Based + Weekly Payouts (Net 17)

What You’ll Do
Install, service, and troubleshoot fiber optic and coax systems
Perform fiber splicing and terminations
Work in both residential and commercial environments
Safely operate ladders up to 28 feet
Provide professional, customer-focused service
Communicate clearly with dispatch and team
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Work van/minivan (or use our rental program)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Required Tools:
Fiber splicing & termination tools
Fiber cleaver & compression tools
Drill, torque wrench, screwdrivers, etc.
Safety gear (harness, hard hat, cones, ladder up to 28’)
