Bathrooms: tub surrounds, ceramic tiling, grouting, exhaust fan, caulking, sinks, vanities and cabinets.
Carpentry- trim, molding, doors, door closer, window and glass pane replacement, glass block window installation, glazing and caulking, closet rods, deck repair, hand rails. Molding- except crown or custom design work.
Cement- patching and repair. Tuck-pointing. Small slabs poured- 2x2, 2x4, 2x6, 4x4. Floor leveling- smaller areas only.
Drywall- patching, holes and small areas
Dryer- vent cleaning
Electrical- switches, outlets including GFCI, light fixtures, bulb replacement, smoke/CO2 detectors, ceiling fans, door bells
Kitchen- cabinet replacement, counter-tops, sink installation, hinge replacement
Flooring- Vinyl plank or wood laminate. Ceramic tiles.
Gutters- repair and cleaning
Locks & Deadbolts- replacement.
Painting & Staining- interior and exterior.
Plumbing- drain cleaning, faucet repairs and replacement, trap replacement, sink replacement, tub over-flow kit, toilet repairs and installation. Copper and galvanized piping repair, hot water heater replacement.
Pressure Washing- decks, sidewalks, playground equipment, house siding, dirty equipment.
No carpeting, roofing or siding. Working on ladder limited to 20 feet.
