28 judgements against him( 1 is for 100k dollars!) . Most for not paying his ad companies, suppliers (call ABC Roofing supply, they have a lawsuit against him) and contractors(like me for $10605)! But also a few felonies . His "Good" ratings are from the homeowner after the subcontractors do the work and then Tim R. Futh does not pay the subcontractor many times, ad companies or suppliers!!! I've spoken many former employees ,clients, suplliers and ad copanies in response to this post and they've all stated that they have been scammed by this guy. He has been able to stay in business after getting sued and shut down by transferring the business name to someone else he knows (on Wisconsin Dept of financial records). Be aware!!! DON'T GET SCAMMED!!! ANY OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT GOT SCAMMED people or CONTACT ME JOHN AT 414-333-6633 . I've hired and enlisted the help of law enforcement friends as well as filed a lien, beginning a civil suit, initiated a case with Contact 6 and will be spreading the word on all social media platforms.
