Just completed a 200K remodel in Central Wisconsin and ready for our next project.
Primary Focus
The primary services we offer are in interior remodeling & restoration. Our work history includes the complete interior demolition of rental units to the studs and a complete remodel including but not limited to rough & finish electrical, rough and finish plumbing, drywall & tile back installations, painting and texture, cabinets rough & finish carpentry trim & hardware, tile, LVP and tile floors, Wall and Base cabinets plus countertops and sink installations, Plus all necessary caulking and installation of fixtures and many appliances.
In the areas of repairs the list is too extensive to list completely here. Suffice to say we are proficient in locating and resolving issues in all the above areas. Common requests include subfloor repair due to leaking toilets, opening walls to replace corroded supply pipes or drainpipes, identifying issues with faucets, shower and tub mixer valves and accessories, surgically removing and replacing rotted exterior wood. I have worked on identifying and resolving gas leaks. I have replaced / repaired hot water heaters.
Secondary Focus
We have done smaller roofing projects in the repair or replacement of asphalt shingle roofs and substructure. We are fully capable of providing seasonal exterior maintenance of lawns with mowing & trimming or winter sidewalk shoveling and or snow blowing. We can also provide an array of pressure washing services such as removing paint, moss or molds from structures, decks or concrete. We have provided rental services included showing apartment and signing leases, collecting rent and distributing papers as needed to lessees.
Although we are based in the greater Milwaukee area [ Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Waukesha, Washington counties], we have property in the Marshfield & Wisconsin Rapids area and are able and have serviced those locations also.
Tertiary information for your consideration
I [Founder] am a degreed individual in Criminal Justice and served briefly as a Law Enforcement Officer. I have received training on identifying safety issues with properties and recommending solutions to enhance property safety. Although mostly this training is utilized for security cameras, lighting and landscaping, the benefits of having an emergency first responder on site can have many lifesaving benefits.

There are many laborers with the skills listed above. Those skills repair the damage. Can your contractor discern the underlying cause?
