Seeking A Room in a Sober Household in MKE, Possible Work Exchange

My name is Cody. I am seeking a room in a sober household in Milwaukee, preferably on the East side. But I'm open to other neighborhoods. I am looking for a place Oct. 1st.
I moved to Wisconsin a year ago to remodel my parent's house. The remodel is done and I'm looking to find a place in Milwaukee where I discovered a very healthy recovery community that I wish to be a part of.
I'm 39. I have 14 months of sobriety. I work as an independent contractor (just passed the Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor exam, waiting on approval), mainly doing interior remodels (flooring, trim work, painting, drywall) but also just general property maintenance work. If someone has a room available for a work exchange arrangement, I'm also interested in that (I've included some photos of recent work).
Right now, I can afford 700 max, but like I said I'm interested in a work trade arrangement. Off-street parking or garage space for my tools would be ideal.
I can't live in a house of drinkers of any type. That's just where I'm at in my life.
I don't have many belongings besides my tools, so a furnished situation would be ideal.
