This trailer is very clean, needs nothing. Has two slides, loads of storage and plenty of room. Everything works as new. Has an electric awning, electric tongue jack and rear ladder. Including a 32-inch TV for the living area that is not pictured. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed with a nice air mattress. Roof has been resealed.(There were no leaks; just preventative maintenance). You can see by the pictures this is a very well-maintained trailer. Stored indoors during winter. Unit comes with the weight distribution hitch system. Trailer is 31.5 ft. long without the spare tire and hitch (about 35 ft. total length). Price= $13,000 including many, many extras.
