We've been using this camper the past 15+ years and are finally upgrading to a newer model.
For its age, it is in good condition as we've taken good care of it. No major problems. No mold or tears in the canvas.
Pops up smoothly. Stove works great. Heat works but we've almost never used it as we camp in warmer months. Never used the water system either. 2 extra support poles were installed on the eve further from the door to support more weight. Some of the curtains come off the track from time to time but are generally fine.
