Welcoming a new tenant by Wolski’s on Pulaski St. effective Nov. 1st or possibly sooner. This is a month to month flat. A 30 day notice would be required before moving out. 2min walk to Brady St. A security deposit is required as well and is the same cost as rent($650).
We are both males in our mid 30s and are outgoing, but also enjoy keeping to ourselves. Also I have two black labs(2 and 10), so if you don’t like dogs, this place is not for you. We are looking for someone that is mid-20s or above that works and contributes to standard household upkeep.
