Includes crew to visit the boat daily, empty garbage, check on things. Full orientation of vessel included upon arrival.

Could include one evening cruise in Milwaukee Harbor with up to 15. No renter operation of the boat is allowed. We can discuss use of dinghy to go up the river to restaurants with experience and additional security deposit.

Full A/C and Heat Per Room
Security deposit is minimum $20,000 or equal to rent, whichever is greater. We will do background checks, credit checks, and full interview of the renter. We will require a list of all guests and ID's. No pets allowed. No smoking/drugs/vape at all.
Formal agreement to be signed.
Minimum 5 nights.

Secure marina location with keys, on-shore laundry and on-boat laundry, on shore showers as well as on-boat showers.
Three parking passes included to secure lot.
