Time to sell my duplex on Lake 5 in Colgate, I have owned it for over 30 years.
The building is currently rented, but the rents are low. It is unlikely that the rents would justify use as an income property.
The building will require some maintenance work, the septic system is original and there is a shared well. For these reasons, I suspect that it would be tough to get a mortgage. I think that we are looking for a cash buyer.
We have a relative (that is a real estate agent) that will get the listing if we are unable to sell it ourselves. We are NOT interested in any 1 party listings.
