Private Office Space is located in a suite of private practice therapists. While you do not need to be a therapist to rent the space, ideal tenants will maintain a professional, quiet and clean space. Typical office hours range from 8:00am - 7:00pm.

Included in Rent: shared & fully-furnished waiting room, locked private office, access to private Wi-Fi, keypad entry to office suite ensuring security, heat/AC, building fees, cleaning service, and filtered water service for yourself & clients.
Offices do not come furnished.
Lease requirements include security deposit (equal to one month of rent), a signed agreement, and your own insurance.

- Unit A: Corner Unit with Window, 8.5ft by 15ft in size plus shared waiting room & hallway.
