The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position.
Responsibilities:
* Answer telephones
* Handle Customer Inquiries
* Assist with calendaring appointments and service calls
* Daily Billing
* Contacts customers via telephone to schedule work and confirm appointments
* Provides office support to plumbers as needed for appointments and service calls
* Help with special projects in the office, as necessary
* Setting appointments for in home measurements and consultation.
* Assist customers with showroom product selections
* Order products for customers
* Order and track products.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in office coordination
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
* Ability to price field work orders for collecting
