Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Manage and organize documents, files, and records
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and report preparation
• Collaborate with team members to improve office workflow
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
