We are a Husband and Wife Real Estate Team looking for a part-time office assistant. The duties include real estate research, property inspections, mailings, and data entry. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas to assist in marketing and for someone to be flexible with our workloads. Once trained this would be a work at home situation for the most part. We are also looking for this individual to be excited about real estate and have the possibility to take their next step as a Realtor. Applicant must be VERY computer savvy.

Some of your duties as an assistant would be:
1. Answer Website Leads Daily
2. Update information on Websites and Social Media.
3. Data entry for comps for properties
4. Mailings (Monthly Newsletters, Daily Post Cards etc.)
5. Driving to homes and taking pictures.
6. Learn Company Website and Back Office.
These are just some of the things we would need with a part-time assistant. Most of the time the assistant can work remotely.
Right now we have 7 to 9 hours a week of work but could easily expand into 10hrs to 20hrs a week with the right assistant.
