Has experience with Quickbooks
Will greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Can handle inbound calls and route to appropriate staff
Is Social Media savvy
Is attentive, responsive and can take control of difficult situations
Has a demonstrated ability to coordinate special events, interviews, coordinate small and large multi-discipline group meetings and conferences, teleconferences, and/or video conferences.
Has extraordinary attention to detail
Can post and update social media accounts with job ads and special event information
Can perform typical clerical duties such as data entry, filing, etc.
SALARY RANGE DOE: $12 to $16 per hour
2-5 years of experience performing Administrative/Office Assistance duties.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), internet browser, etc.
This position requires a team-player, excellent phone etiquette, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter, with strong initiative and exemplary organizational skills.
Quickbooks Online skills a PLUS
