Vintage late 70s-early 80s MIK Lotus Les Paul in Nashville tuning - $175 (Wauwatosa)

Currently in Nashville tuning (strung with only the high strings of a 12 string set). Great recording guitar to double tracks and fill them out without having to fuss with an actual 12 string, or just have a rhythm guitar to be very plinky or banjo like in a mix.
I have a bridge humbucker and a tele neck pickup which compliments the Nashville tuning set up well. I am open to keeping the pickups if you are planning to put this back in standard tuning and are looking to replace electronics.
Plenty of nicks and scratches in the paint and tried to show the biggest ones. No control plate on the back.
