This is a pair of very high-quality 15" subwoofers that I custom built in 2024 to replace my larger 21" subs. I've used them only three times, so they are in beautiful condition. I built these subs with one goal in mind — to be small and light enough to be handled by one person, but still be high-end, chest-thumping, roadworthy subs. I chose B&C 15LDN76 15" speakers with neodymium magnets, and Seismic Audio cabinets manufactured with 5/8" plywood.
Impedance: 8 ohms
Power Handling: 1,000W continuous
Frequency range: 40 Hz - 2,000 Hz
Dimensions are approximately 21" wide, 20" deep, and 26" high. Weight is approximately 55 pounds each — light enough to be carried by one person, but I installed casters anyway for easy rolling and positioning. Parallel 1/4" and speakon connectors. Recessed side handles and pole mounts.
These are awesome-sounding subs! I hate to part with them so soon after building them, but I have downsized my band in 2026 in preference of smaller, quieter gigs, and have sold off all the other components from my larger PA rig.
I attached my receipts because I want to emphasize the quality aspect of these subs. The parts (speakers, cabinets, casters) cost me over $900. If you run a band or DJ service, this is an opportunity to pick up a pair of spectacular subs in nearly-new condition for what you'd pay for a pair of less-powerful, flimsy MDF-constructed subs. You are welcome to hear the subs in action prior to purchasing.
