This is a one owner 1969 Ludwig 1400 Flat Base (sometimes called a flush base) cymbal stand. It was purchased new from Faust Music Milwaukee around 1969.

All the parts are original (except the felt rings) including oblong tilter, rubber feet and "Mickey Mouse Ear" wing bolts. It has a few scratches, but everything works as it should. There's not too many of these around (it is over 56 yeas old) with the original parts and in this shape.
