Machine Operator – Full Time
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Set up machines for production (calibration, cleaning, adjustments)
• Load raw materials or parts into machines
• Monitor machines to ensure they run efficiently
• Check finished products for quality using measuring tools
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Keep simple production and quality records
Qualifications:
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic understanding of production procedures
• Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
