Commanding presence, it is thoroughly intact with all ancillaries and in perfect working condition. This is the “Real Mc Coy” in a mid-size pot belly coal/wood stove. This potbelly stove is an American classic...one that heated homes {like the post war barracks I was born in}, railroad depots and general stores. They accompanied American pioneers as they traveled the country for the first time by locomotive. These portly heaters found a second home in public buildings and gathering places establishing these barrel stoves as the center piece of social activity in schools, churches, town halls and meeting houses. And of course, the local general store. Named for its bulging center, the pot belly burns wood or coal. This one will easily serve as a focal point in any room and could easily be connected to serve its main purpose…to HEAT! The lower “belly” is approx. 20” in diameter and assists the total heat output by increasing the surfaces area from which heat radiates. This is considered a md-size stove that will heat your largest of spaces and warm your heart! The BONNY OAK, among the sturdiest made, will forever hold a unique place in America's past. Clean as a whistle inside and out, this beauty is ready to proudly display, and it can and will work hard to warm your home. So, lots of charm, history and character while fully functional. Includes the standard 6" flue collar, side and front rails, EZ ash clean out bin, original shaker grate and unique finial. Measures 42" H x 22” x 22" footprint x 24" diameter.

Several breweries and a distillery also prospered {I’m from Milwaukee and I otta know} Many streets boasted a mix of dry goods stores, saloons, hotels and restaurants. Fuller Warren became home to a number of the finest pioneer leaders in business, law and trade. In 1884 they were employing thousands of workers And, Fuller Warren Stove Mfg.
