• Hourly ($275 to $450, depending on type of project) or
• Flat fees available for certain types of projects
Examples of other fees of third party vendors not included in legal services fees:
• Informal and formal patent drawing drafting
• Sequence listings
• Searches (FTO, patentability, landscape analysis, infringement, invalidity, etc.)
• US Patent and Trademark Office fees
• US Copyright Office fees
• Co-counsel fees for national applications outside the US
• All application, registration, and other fees associated with a project are separate from legal service fees, and also require pre-payment through a retainer or other fee arrangement.
