I have a strict schedule that I keep
I'm Available for 12-6 pm Daily, with the exception of 1 day a week for 9 hours.
I'm only available in Milwaukee county.
120$ /day, minimum
Below my fee schedule, I give a brief cover letter
here's list of work and fee schedule:
Automotive work - 35$ an hour (what I've done for many years)
(depends upon what you need done and if I have the tool to do it -brakes, steering, suspension, mechanical components, basic maintenance, etc. I also do Automotive detail)
ANY hard labor - 25$ an hour or 150$ per 6 hour day
(Masonry, Landscape - moving pieces of the earth, Roofing, demolition, junk removal, etc)
Medium Duty Labor - 20$ an hour or 120 per day @6 hours ( -moving boxes and furniture, carpentry and carpet, painting, building maintenance, yard work, etc)
I require that you pay cash -half up front, and the rest when the day is done.
I've been ripped off on Craigslist before.
If you do not have the money to pay me, I will know when you do not act in good faith.
I'm showing up in good faith, I expect that you do the same.
I have most of my own tools, but it depends on the job.
I'm 44 and working on my Masters after many years in the Automotive and Construction Industries, and also a skilled Painter and have worked in Landscaping -moving trees and rocks (the earth) around.
I have skills and ability that I won't mention, but I have a well rounded capacity in experience
I am a competent professional and have a leadership quality and can lead a team project in the field, no problem, with a natural ability to find the strength of each member and create an efficient and effective workflow
I work well with people who work well with people, and I possess the common sense and competency to hire the qualified and fire the incompetent.
If you need a temporary guy for your crew, as long as they are respectable people, we'll get along fine.
I'm positive and don't project what I am responsible and accountable for onto others and don't take my problems to work, if I ever hated my life.
I only hate not being paid what I'm worth and a barely a survivable wage.
If you need a guy to take on a project at home and want to skip the middleman and the high cost of someone who charges the cost of overhead for an established company, this is what I'm here for.
I have 17 years of experience working in the Automotive Industry with a long list of qualified education and training, with certifications, that nobody I have ever met, cared about; from automotive detail, preventative maintenance, auto service technician and diesel and power-train service tech.
I do not smoke and I do not drink, but the occasional cigar and cognac. I certainly do not do drugs.
I have a portfolio of jobs that I have done over the years that are mine, but most were for people that I have worked for, and theirs.
I'm simply offering myself as a guy worthy of his hire.
