Metal detector help (Caledonia)

I have a house with two extra lots next to it. Two of the lot line stakes are very possibly hammered in flush or slightly below the ground level. I would like to see if we could find them before I pay a survey to come out here and find them or survey my lots to find their position. $40 cash. I know approximately where they are. So I'm looking for someone with a metal detector. And maybe some good experience using it. Although it should be quite simple if they are actually in the ground where I think they should be. They should turn up right away.
