Found sweater! (Milwaukee)

I found this sweater when I was out doing deliveries. I picked it up because it looks like someone may have lost it off their bike. It’s a very nice clean sweater. I’m positive it wasn’t trash. I would like to return it to whoever lost it. This post might be very far-fetched, but I’m willing to try.
If you can tell me what was in the pocket or if it looks familiar I would love to return it. I will also be posting on fb.
