We are seeking a Landscaping Softscape Enhancement Specialist who is detail-oriented, motivated, and passionate about creating beautiful landscapes with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement and softscape tasks in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Communicate plans and production goals effectively with crew members and clients.
• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record expenses and crew hours worked accurately.
• Prepare and complete job sites, ensuring a clean and organized worksite.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the job.
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience installing a variety of landscape applications.
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, dingo, and trucks with trailers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Consistent, dependable attendance record.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including occasional overtime.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience working for a professional landscape company (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Compensation

$17 - $24/hour based on background & experience.
