Right now, we’re looking for a Lead Technician who’s ready to step into a key role as we continue expanding across Ozaukee, Milwaukee, and Washington counties.
What You’ll Do
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be the face of Vista Pro on job sites. Your day-to-day will include:
- Running exterior cleaning jobs (house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, and more)
- Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every project
- Operating a company vehicle
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
- Training and guiding assistants and new team members
- Maintaining equipment and keeping jobs organized
- Upholding the extremely high standards that built Vista Pro’s reputation
If you’ve never done exterior cleaning, don’t worry. We’ll teach you. What matters is reliability, leadership, the drive to deliver great work, and having a positive attitude.
