Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning is hiring an Assistant Technician to work alongside a Lead Technician. This is a straightforward outdoor job with room to grow for the right person.
PAY:
• $14–$15/hr base pay + commissions
• Most assistants average $17+/hr+
• Clear path to Lead Technician ($20+/hr+ plus bonuses)
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Help with setup and cleanup
• Take before-and-after photos
• Manage hoses and equipment
• Place door hangers and yard signs (earn commissions)
• Learn the business from the ground up
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Reliable transportation and on time
• Motivated to earn commissions
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Attention to detail
• Lives within 20 minutes of Port Washington
DETAILS:
• Mostly Monday–Friday
• Approximately 30 hours a week
• Occasional Saturdays
• Seasonal (April–November)
• No experience required, we train
