You don't need seamless gutter experience, but you do need a solid work ethic and the ability to move fast. If you have done basic construction, landscaping, or agricultural work, you will fit right in.
What the Job Actually Is:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on outdoor trade.
You'll be working with a tight crew, running high-end machinery, handling aluminum/copper fabrication, moving extension ladders, and working at heights. Every day is different, and the time flies.
What We Are Looking For:
• Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to roll. No exceptions.
• Physical Hustle: Comfortable with physical labor, lifting, and working safely on ladders/ rooflines in the Wisconsin weather.
• Valid Driver's License: Essential for operating our company service trucks.
• Coachability: We will teach you the trade from the ground up, but you have to be sharp, pay attention to details, and want to learn.
