Landscape Foreman

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, string trimming, and deadheading
• Care for trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and appearance
• Collect and remove debris from job sites to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Apply mulch and assist with seasonal tasks such as spring and fall cleanups
• Operate trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, and snow removal equipment (training provided as needed)
• Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 professionals to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company quality standards on every job

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
• Experience with ride-on or zero-turn mowers is helpful
• Basic knowledge of plant identification and care is a plus
• Prior landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of landscaping equipment
