PART-TIME: Car Turnaround & Maintenance Assistant – Milwaukee Fleet (Start Immediately)

We are hiring a reliable Part-Time Car Turnaround & Maintenance Assistant to support a Milwaukee-based rental vehicle fleet. This role focuses on vehicle cleaning, light maintenance, and local vehicle deliveries to keep our fleet guest-ready at all times.

Location

Milwaukee, WI

Work is local area but may be asked to deliver up to 80 miles away

Pay

$16/hour

Additional bonus pay for inclement weather shifts (rain, snow, extreme cold)

Schedule

Part-time: 3–4 days per week

Flexible scheduling

Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required

Immediate start available

Responsibilities

Clean and detail rental vehicles (interior and exterior)

Prepare vehicles for upcoming rentals (turnaround between guests)

Perform light vehicle checks (tire pressure, fluids, basic condition checks)

Move, deliver, and pick up vehicles within the Milwaukee area

Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

Follow checklists and cleanliness standards

Work independently and manage time efficiently

Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)

Valid driver’s license with a clean/good driving record

Reliable transportation to job locations

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Comfortable driving different vehicles

Physically able to clean vehicles and work on your feet

Able to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with cleaning, detailing, automotive, or delivery work

Familiarity with Milwaukee streets and neighborhoods

Ability to follow instructions without constant supervision
