Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer/Helper to join our dynamic landscapping and contractor team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth operations on-site. Your energy and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of projects, from lawn care help to construction help. Duties
Assist with general lawn care and construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, setup of work areas, lawn mowing string trimming and leaf blowing.
Support skilled tradespeople such as landscape contractors or Handymen with their specific tasks
Operate hand tools and power tools and equipment safely under supervision to aid in lawn care maintenance, gutter cleaning, painting, or other trades
Qualifications
Prior experience working in land scapping or construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn and addapt is essential and well appreciated.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic lawn care construction equipment
Steel toe boots
Basic understanding of push mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, impact drills, tape measure,
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
